This is a FLAIR MRI sequence of the base of skull of a patient who presented with sudden onset of dizziness, dysphagia, gait instability and numbness involving the left side of the body. This occurs following a 2 week history of neck pain. The other classical clinical findings that could be appreciated in this patient is:
Horner's syndrome on the left
Hemiparesis on the left
Hyposthesia on the left side of face
Depressed gag on the left
Cerebellar dysfunction on the right
